In 2022, I answered a deeper calling and surrendered to my soul. This led me to leave my COO role at a luxury rehab and embark on a global spiritual journey. I immersed myself in plant ceremonies, sweat lodges, and spiritual initiations—all powerful modalities for deep healing. I went through multiple dark nights of the soul and did the work, earning multiple attunements and certifications along the way. This deeply transformational experience allowed me to break ancestral patterns, release dissonant energies, and, for the first time, find regulation for a nervous system that had been in overdrive for decades. I was shown we all carry the magic of our breath to heal ourselves and the world. Oh, and healing doesn't have to suck!
